Weihnachtsansprache von Bundespräsident Horst Köhler

Liebe Landsleute,

meine Frau und ich, wir wünschen Ihnen eine frohe und gesegnete Weihnacht.

Wir denken dankbar an die Geburt Jesu Christi, und wir freuen uns mit jedem, der Achtung davor hat, ganz unabhängig vom eigenen Glauben.

In der weihnachtlichen Wärme und Geborgenheit kommen wir zur Ruhe, und wir blicken auf das abgelaufene Jahr.

Wir hatten gemeinsam Freude an der Erinnerung an den Mauerfall vor zwanzig Jahren. “Wir sind das Volk!” Der Ruf von damals ist bis heute Auftrag für jeden von uns. Denn die Demokratie, das sind wir alle. Und wir können alle etwas tun für unser Land.

Millionen von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern leben danach. Sie setzen sich ein für den Nächsten und für die Allgemeinheit. In Vereinen und Kirchengemeinden, in den politischen Parteien, in Bürgerinitiativen und in der Nachbarschaftshilfe. Auch in diesem Jahr habe ich das immer wieder erlebt. Dieses Engagement lässt uns zusammenhalten und macht unser Land reicher. Ich bin froh darüber.

Und doch haben wir auch Schutzlosigkeit erfahren in diesem Jahr. Der Amoklauf von Winnenden hat uns gezeigt, dass es keine Garantie gibt für unsere Sicherheit und Unversehrtheit, und er hat Fragen aufgeworfen, die jeden von uns verstören. 15 Kinder starben von der Hand eines Kindes, das ebenso sein Leben verlor. Wir fragen: Wie konnte das geschehen? Und in uns nagt das Gefühl, dass wir etwas Wichtiges übersehen haben müssen bei der Art, wie wir zusammenleben.

Dann der Schock im September. An einer Münchner S-Bahn-Station war einer wachsam, couragiert, hat wehrlosen Kindern beigestanden. Aber er hatte keine Chance.
Wir haben in diesem Jahr Taten erlebt, die uns an die Grenze des Verstehbaren geführt haben. Sie haben uns ratlos gemacht. Und doch steckt in ihnen auch eine Aufforderung. Die Aufforderung, nachzudenken über uns selbst und wie wir zusammenleben. Sind wir achtsam genug miteinander?

Da denke ich auch an unsere Soldatinnen und Soldaten in Afghanistan. Machen wir uns klar, was ihr Dienst bedeutet? Meine guten Wünsche sind bei ihnen und auch bei den Landsleuten, die sich fern der Heimat im Dienst der Polizei oder der Hilfsorganisationen für Sicherheit und friedlichen Aufbau einsetzen. Ihnen allen sende ich einen herzlichen Weihnachtsgruß.

Achtsam leben, das heißt auch, sich für eine gerechte Ordnung einsetzen, bei uns und in der Welt. Da gibt es noch viel zu tun. Wir haben gerade erlebt, dass Maßlosigkeit bei Finanzakteuren und Mängel bei der staatlichen Aufsicht die Welt in eine tiefe Krise gestürzt haben. Wir brauchen Ehrbarkeit und bessere Regeln in der Finanzwirtschaft. Wir brauchen das Verständnis dafür, dass Geld den Menschen dienen muss und sie nicht beherrschen darf.

Ich verlange Einkehr von den Verantwortlichen. So, wie ich sie mir selbst und uns allen abverlange. Wir leben in einer Welt, die wir selbst gestalten dürfen. Das ist ein Geschenk. Aber es verpflichtet uns auch, die Defizite unserer Welt zu erkennen und dagegen anzugehen.

Wir horchen staunend auf, wenn eine NASA-Sonde Wasser auf dem Mars entdeckt haben soll - aber wir haben verlernt zu staunen über das Wasser, das bei uns so selbstverständlich aus dem Hahn fließt, wo doch anderswo die Menschen tagein, tagaus viele Kilometer laufen müssen, um an Trinkwasser zu kommen.

Wenn wir wollen, dass unsere Erde, und wir haben nur die eine, auch morgen noch eine gastliche Heimat sein soll, dann müssen wir achtsamer mit den natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen umgehen. Das bedeutet, bewusster zu leben. Für eine bessere Lebensqualität in besserem Einklang mit der Schöpfung.

Es geht darum, mit Ideen, Vernunft und Einsatz den Weg für eine gute Zukunft zu finden. Trauen wir uns etwas zu! Es geht um eine Politik, die über den Tag hinaus denkt und handelt. Es geht um eine Kultur der Achtsamkeit und Anerkennung, überall.

Das schafft Vertrauen. Und jeder von uns kann dazu beitragen.

Frohe Weihnachten und ein gutes neues Jahr Ihnen allen.

САНТА КЛАУС - кто он?

Наверное, мало кто догадывается, что привычный персонаж рождественских празднеств Санта Клаус не какой-то мифический образ: родной брат гномов и кузен домовых, а реально существовавшая личность.Правда, звали его несколько иначе, да и жил он не в холодной Лапландии, а в теплой Малой Азии.

Звали его Николай, родился он в малоазийском городе Миры Ликийские, на территории нынешней Турции, около 245 года, а окончил свой земной путь примерно в 334 году, 6 декабря. Он не был ни мучеником, ни монахом, ни известным церковным писателем. А был он простым епископом. Поэтому не стоит удивляться, что нам не удается найти упоминания об этом пастыре, сделанные еще при его жизни или же вскоре после его смерти. Не те были времена. Самое древнее упоминание его имени мы находим в “Похвале”, написанной константинопольским патриархом Проклом на переломе IV и V столетий.

Федор Чтец, живший столетием позже, включает епископа Мир Ликийских Николая в список участников Первого Вселенского Собора, проходившего в 325 году в Никее, на котором был разработан первый вариант Символа Веры, называемого ныне Никео-Константинопольским. Евстратий Константинопольский, живший во второй половине VI века, повествует о том, как святитель Николай выступил в роли защитника трех несправедливо приговоренных к смерти византийских чиновников. Вот, вроде бы, и все.

Как обычно и бывает, недостаток информации дополнили благочестивые народные легенды, появлявшиеся на протяжении веков. Из них мы узнаем о том, что святой Николай помогал бедным и несчастным, незаметно по ночам подбрасывая в башмачки, оставленные у дверей, золотые монетки, и кладя в окна пирожки.

Кстати, примерно в 960 году будущий епископ Регинольд написал первое музыкальное произведение о святом Николае чудотворце, где предложил новый вариант перевода: вместо слова “innocentes” (невинные) применительно к трем жителям Мир, несправедливо приговоренным к смерти, он употребил “pueri” (дети). В связи с тем, что средневековый мюзикл о святом епископе имел неимоверный успех, зародилась традиция почитания святого Николая, как покровителя детей. Впрочем, еще до этого своим небесным заступником его избрали моряки, заключенные, пекари и купцы.

Но вернемся в VI век, именно тогда появляется житие монаха по имени Николай, настоятеля монастыря Святого Сиона и епископа Пинарского, чье почитание наслоилось затем на почитание мирликийского епископа, в итоге некоторые эпизоды из жизни епископа-монаха стали приписываться и нашему святому. Ну а первым установленным биографом святого Николая Мир Ликийского является Михаил Архимандрит, который написал, так называемое “каноническое житие” в VIII, в котором собрал воедино все существовавшие на бумаге и в устных сказаниях сведения о святом епископе.

Сценарий праздника - Встречайте Рождеств

Участники: учащиеся 2 и 4 классов, родители.

Цель: познакомить учащихся 2 классов с традициями  празднования Рождества; развивать навыки презентации проектной деятельности учащихся 4 класса.

Задачи:

• Закрепить лексику по теме «Рождество»;
• Воспитывать интерес к традициям страны изучаемого языка;
• Создать праздничное настроение в канун Рождества;
• Показать учащимся 2 и 4 классов практическую значимость изучения иностранного языка;
• Познакомить с новым способом презентации проектов учащихся 2 классов;
• Заинтересовать проектной работой учащихся 2 классов;

Оборудование:

• Магнитофон;
• Записи английских детских Рождественских песен;
• Интерактивная доска;
• Колокольчики;
• Детские презентации, посвященные Рождеству;
• Раздаточные схемы Рождественских традиций;
• Декорации и маски для сказки «Три поросенка»;
• Рождественские открытки для родителей и четвероклассников;
• Письма Рождественскому Деду.

Подготовительная работа: Учащиеся 4 классов готовят проект «Рождественские традиции», и в качестве презентации  выступают перед учащимися 2 классов со своими работами. Учащиеся 2 классов готовят сказку, изготавливают и подписывают открытки,  пишут письма Рождественскому Деду,  разучивают рождественские песни и стихи. Учитель готовит сценарий и игры к празднику. Роль Рождественского Деда играет папа одного ученика, который хорошо знает английский язык.

Ход праздника:

Под мелодию “Jingle Bells” ведущие выходят в центр зала и приветствуют гостей и участников.

People began to celebrate Christmas many, many years ago. They began to decorate the evergreen tree and give presents to each other. They placed a large shining star at the top of the Christmas tree and many bright shining balls from top to bottom.

Teacher: Look! We have a nice Christmas tree too! How many beatiful toys!

CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS

In the evening of the 24th of December children hang their Christmas stocking on their beds or put them under the Christmas tree. Father Christmas puts presents into them. A Christmas stocking is not a real stocking. It is big and beautifully decorated.

CHRISTMAS PUDDING

Christmas pudding was first made many, many years ago. Now it is the highlight of Christmas dinner. Children often put holly on the pudding. Traditionally a coin is placed into the pudding. It brings good luck to a person who finds it.

HOLLY AND MISTLETOE

Holly is an evergreen plant with sharppointed leaves and red berries. You know already that people put holly on Christmas pudding. They also use holly to decorate their homes. It is a very old tradition. Long ago people began to put holly in their homes during the dark cold winters. They liked to look at holly and think about the spring and the sun. Mistletoe is an evergreen plant with small leaves and small white berries. On Christmas Eve there is a bunch of mistletoe in every house. Under this bunch boys kiss girls.

Teacher: Oh, it’s a very interesting tradithions. And do you know any poems about Christmas or winter?

Children: Yes, we do.

The geese are getting fat.

If the old man’s got a penny,

Then a ha’ penny will do.

CHRISTMAS DAY

Christmas  Day is on the 25th of December. British people celebrate this holiday  with big dinner. Children have much fun. They play under Christmas trees, find presents in their Christmas stockings, eat Christmas puddings, watch pantomimes.

BOXING DAY

Boxing Day comes after Christmas Day.  It is on the 26th of December. Traditionally people put their Christmas presents into boxes. That is why the day on which they give and receive these boxes is called Boxing Day.

CHRISTMAS CARD

Every English family sends and receives many Christmas cards. Traditionally there is a robin on almost every card (and you know already that a robin is a Christmas bird ). Sometimes there is a bunch of holly on the Christmas card. You can read on the card: «Merry Christmas! »

CHRISTMAS FLAGS AND HATS

Before Christmas children make small flags. On these flags they paint British, American, French, German, Finnish and other flags. They hang Christmas flags on the Christmas tree or decorate the room with them.

Christmas hats are made of coloured paper. Children and grown-ups like to wear them at Christmas.

FATHER CHRISTMAS

You know already that Father Christmas comes into children’s homes on Christmas Eve. He has a white beard and white and red clothes. He is always merry. They say he comes from the North Pole. He brings presents for children.

Teacher: Do you like Christmas traditions? What is your favourite tradition? (Второклассники выходят к доске и по коллажу называют ту традицию, которая понравилась).

Can you match pictures and Christmas traditions?

(Ребята выходят по очереди  и  на интерактивной доске соединяют картинку и слова. Затем все традиции прочитывают  хором)

Teacher: Let’s say “Thank you!” for children! Do you want to make presentations like these? (Второклассники благодарят старших ребят, дарят сделанные заранее открытки, и выражают желание попробовать сделать презентацию. Четвероклассники дарят на память малышам схемы-памятки «Рождественские традиции).

Teacher: Who is the main man at Christmas day?

Children: Father Christmas!

Teacher: Let’s call him.

Father Christmas: Here I am! Good morning, children! Glad to see you! And you? Let’s play the game “Nose, nose, nose, mouth…”

Father Christmas:

But  there are not lights!

She has got two sisters, a father and a stepmother! (Cinderella)

Children: We have got a riddle for you, Father Christmas! (Ребенок загадывает загадку)

In winter it is white,

In summer it is grey,

It likes carrots and cabbage.

Рождество и Адвент в Германии

Рождество в Германии по-прежнему остается особенным, самым значительным праздником в году. Предрождественское время – время адвентов – это традиционно время затишья, возвращения в дом, к семье и внутрь себя, время ожидания и радости, затмеваемое только походами по магазинам и поисками подарков для своих ближних.

Четыре недели после поминального воскресенья (Totensonntag) считаются временем подготовки к Рождеству. Первое предрождественское воскресенье – адвент - приходится на период между 27-м ноября и 3-м декабря. Каждое последующее воскресенье празнуется как второй, третий и четвертый адвент. Заканчивается предрождественское время Сочельником (Heiligabend) 24-го декабря. 25-е и 26-е декабря – это первый и второй день Рождества. Слово «адвент» происходит от латинского « adventus» и означает «пришествие». Празднование адвентов было основоположено папой римским Грегором в шестом веке. Количество предрождественских воскресений - четыре - должно было символически указывать на 4 тысячи лет, в течение которых человечество, по расчетам церкви, должно было ждать спасителя.

Обычно с наступлением первого воскресенья Адвента совпадают даты открытия рождественских ярмарок. На них можно не только купить подарки своим близким и друзьям, украшения для новогодней елки, но и выпить кружечку горячего глинт-вейна и посмотреть рождественские представления.

Большинство немецких семей начинает с первого адвента украшать дома и квартиры еловыми ветками и украшениями с рождественской символикой, вешает светящиеся гирлянды на окна. Традиционное предрождественское украшение - рождественский венок  (Adventskranz) из еловых веток, на котором с каждым адвентом зажигается по одной свече: от одной до четырех. Венок, символизирующий борьбу христиан со злом, является относительно молодой традицией. Первый рождественский венок в Германии был подарен теологом и деятелем евангелистской церкви Йоханном Хинрихом Вихерном детям-сиротам в 1839 году.

Предрождественский календарь (Adventskalender), на котором каждый день перед Рождеством открывается по окошечку, задумывался изначально для того, чтобы сократить детям ожидание Рождества и рождественских подарков. Его история черпает свои истоки в 17-м столетии. В религиозных семьях каждый день перед Рождеством одна за другой на стену вывешивались 24 церковные картинки – отсюда количество окошечек на Рождественском календаре. Первая модель календаря датируется 1851 годом. В двадцатые годы Рождественские календари с открывающимися окошечками вошли в моду, в 60-е годы появились календари, со спрятанными за дверцами шоколадками.  Традиционным для рождественского времени является выпечка рождественской коврижки (Christstollen), известной уже с 1330 года. Во многих регионах Германии под Рождество принято петь рождественские песни.

Календари Адвента бывают разных видов. Но, как правило, они представляют собой большой плакат, в нем есть окошки, число которых соответствует количеству дней, оставшихся до Рождества. В каждом оконце находится конфетка или картинка с изображением известных библейских сюжетов. Уникальный праздничный календарь - это дерево Иессея - маленькая елочка, на которую вешают мешочки и коробочки со сладостями на каждый день.

В дни Сочельника и Рождества жизнь на улицах города замирает, закрываются Рождественские рынки. Все собираются за столом вместе с семьей. В Сочельник принято готовить блюда из рыбы, в Рождество обязательным блюдом является жареный гусь с капустой и клецками.
